Mint Juleps are a springtime classic! 🌿

Ingredients-
2 sprigs of mint
2 oz bourbon5 oz simple syrup
Crushed Ice

Instructions-
In a julep cup, muddle mint with the simple syrup. Fill cup 3/4 full with crushed ice. Add bourbon. Stir. Fill the remaining glass with crushed ice and a sprig of mint.

Spring cocktail: Mezcal Pineapple Sour 🍍🍍🍍

Ingredients-
1.5 oz mezcal5 oz fresh pineapple juice75 oz lemon juice75 oz agave
1 egg white

Instructions-
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain ice from the tin. Dry shake and pour into a coupe. Garnish with crushed peppercorn on the froth.

The Bourbon Rules:

1️⃣Bourbon must be made in the United States.
2️⃣It must be aged in a charred, new-oak barrel.
3️⃣The mash must be at least 51% corn.
4️⃣Whiskey cannot enter the barrel at higher than 125 proof.
5️⃣Distilleries cannot add anything except water.
