November is National Stout Month! Our social media manager is a big beer fan, and here’s what he was picking up the other week to inspire you to celebrate as well!

What new stout have you come across lately that you’ve been smitten with?

▸Left Hand Nitro Stout & Peanut Butter Milk Stout - these are not “new” but if you’ve had either, then you know why it’s on the list. A classic choice!

▸ Bourbon Barrel Aged Kentucky Stout - a BBA Imperial Milk Stout? Sign us up! Flavors of chocolate and roasted coffee. Hints of molasses round out the dark roasted notes and bring about a sweet finish.

▸ Dragon’s Milk Reserve Oatmeal Cookie - DELICIOUS. New Holland’s variants on Dragon’s Milk have been super interesting, and if you love oatmeal cookies you will LOVE this.

▸ Abita Fluffernutter - it’s a Blonde stout, which it’s been a while since we’ve seen one of those. This one is creamy, tasty, and absolutely worth the pickup if you can find it, as it is a limited-release within their distributed states (CA, CT, FL, GA, IN, KS, LA, MI, NC, TN, TX, VA, and WI atm).

▸ Boulevard Barrel Aged Tiramisu - it’s Tiramisu in beer form. Flavors of coffee and cocoa that has been aged in Soft Red Wheat barrels from our friends at Holladay Distillery and brewed with espresso from our friends at Messenger. If you love coffee/tiramisu, you’ll love this! 🍻

It's their 50th Anniversary!!!

Caymus has released their 50th Anniversary 2022 Vintaged Cab. This vintage especially exhibits expressions of the style which Caymus is known for. Rich and round on the palate, with non-bitter tannins. Evidence of French Oak, but not overplayed. Acidity enough for balance, but not tart to the palate.

On 🥨, we celebrate in our own way - by turning that delicious pretzel into cocktail form! Who wants a Salted Carmel Pretzel cocktail? 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️

Ingredients:

- Melted caramel
- Salt
- 1 3/4 oz. Skrewball Whiskey
- 3/4 oz. Chocolate
- 1/2 oz. Half and half
- Ice

Instructions:

1) Dip glass into caramel and rim with salt.
2) Combine Skrewball, liqueur, half and half with ice and shake.
2) Strain into glass and enjoy!
