Allen's been brightening Town Pump days for a fantastic 1½ years. When he's not keeping things running smoothly on the front end (big ups from Allison) Allen's a veritable Renaissance man! From dazzling the public with his performing arts skills to conquering mountain trails, folding intricate origami, whipping up culinary delights, and rocking out to local tunes, he truly does it all! 🎶⛰️🍽️

But what truly makes Allen ✨ shine? His favorite part of the job: "Helping someone acknowledge their own potential and seeing it grow." How amazing is that?! He's not just an Assistant Manager, he's an 🗝️ unlocker of potential!

For just over 3 weeks, Town Pump stores, casinos, lounges, & hotels have been selling raffle tickets for the Special Olympics Montana MTN Chevy Raffle.

As of Sunday 2/23, we have collectively sold 21,617 tickets this year. We've been doing this since 2006... and this year we hope to surpass 500K total tickets sold.

Funds raised by these raffle ticket sales benefit Special Olympics athletes across Montana, allowing more participation in training & competition statewide. And every year, ticket buyers have their chance at a bunch of awesome prizes including a brand new Chevy Silverado. What's not to love? It's win/win/win!

It's National Pistachio Day.... and partly as an excuse to post this gif, we pulled together some fun facts about pistachios:

🟢 Pistachios are one of the oldest flowering nut trees, with evidence of human consumption dating back around 9,000 years.
🟢 They are believed to have originated in the Middle East, particularly in the region that is present-day Iran.
🟢 In some parts of the world, pistachios are considered a symbol of health, happiness, and good fortune.
🟢 Legend has it that the Queen of Sheba loved pistachios and declared them a royal food.
🟢 Pistachios are packed with nutrients, including healthy fats, protein, fiber, and antioxidants.
🟢 They also contain more potassium than half of a banana.
🟢 Pistachios are believed to be one of only two nuts mentioned in the Bible.

Let us take some time to tell y’all about Rick, our spotlight employee of the week.

Rick spends his work days in Thompson Falls maintaining the store, fixing things 🧰 that are broken, and helping address any issues that may arise. The physical condition of a store is critical to a successful operation. Having someone like Rick, who is dedicated not only to addressing equipment/property malfunctions but also keeping up on the preventative maintenance 📋 to catch issues before they can impact customers is truly so valuable.

Like many of our employees, Rick takes advantage of the proximity to outdoor recreation that is a major benefit of living in Montana by fishing 🎣 and jeeping ⛰️ in his off time. And because doing the outdoorsy stuff isn’t possible year-round, iRacing is there through the frigid winters.

Store Co-Manager William nominated Rick for recognition under the spotlight, and we echo the sentiments of William’s words. Rick, thank you so very very much for your can-do attitude and customer-focused diligence. 🎉Congratulations & keep it up! 👍

Introducing Tony, our Assistant Manager at Town Pump Bozeman #5, who's been flexing 💪 his customer service muscles for 5 awesome months! Just look at that forearm – it's clearly almost as strong as his dedication to making our customers' days a little brighter! 😉

When he's not busy keeping our shelves stocked and our customers smiling, you might just find Tony chasing down some fresh pow, hitting the trails with his furry pals, or showing off the beauty of Montana to friends and family like the true Montana ambassador he is! ⛰️🐕⛷️

Tony says his favorite part of the job is "the people," and according to recent reports, the people couldn't agree more! Rumor has it that Tony's infectious enthusiasm and positive attitude make him a joy to work with. 🎉

Looks like we won't need to invest in any extra personality development training because Tony clearly has enough personality to go around. Tony, we're stoked to have you on scene and taking care of the store and its people!

Not only is this the first time we've shone the spotlight on an employee from one of our Stone House Coffee Shots locations, it's also the first time we've had the pleasure of sharing that said employee's list of hobbies includes mention of demanding donkeys. 🫏

Becky runs the show at our Stone House Coffee Shots in Three Forks. She is a dynamo whose reputation precedes her. Stacey, the District Manager who oversees the Three Forks store had a lot of nice things to say about Becky, calling her the backbone of the coffee shop.

Next time you're in Three Forks, pop in to the Town Pump and visit the Stone House Coffee Shots. Chat with Becky about your favorite coffee, lotus, frappe, or Red Bull infusion drink and ask after her menagerie of furry farmland friends. Nominated by Store GM Kimberly, Kelly is a dynamo who's always up for a challenge. She even points out that troubleshooting is among her favorite parts of her job. It's a busy store, so it's a good thing Kelly likes a fast-paced environment. 🏁

When she's not lighting up the vibes in the store, Kelly might just be baking or cooking with her toddler, and (hopefully in warmer seasons) camping with the whole fam.

Meet Dick, Cooler King of Billings! 👑

This dedicated Grocery Merchandiser at our Billings 3 location has been wowing everyone with his cooler-stocking skills for about a year now. Dick always arrives ready to work and is a true team player, making scheduling a breeze. He's got a knack for keeping the coolers stocked and organized, which is no easy feat!

When he's not putting in the hours and making the store look awesome, you can find Dick on the golf course, aiming for a strike at the bowling alley, or cruising the trails on his ATV.

Dick is a favorite among his coworkers, vendors, customers, and even delivery drivers! Dawn nominated Dick for the spotlight, and we'd like to echo her appreciation now. Thanks for all you do, Dick! We appreciate your hard work and positive attitude!

We did it again!

We wanted to improve the experience for our West Main Street store customers in Bozeman. So, as you may know, we've been building a replacement store just a skosh closer to the Gallatin Valley Mall.

Today, we officially opened that new store building! It's still Town Pump Bozeman 2 and still the same great team you've grown to know. We invite our Bozeman neighbors in to check it out! The new address is 2707 W. Main. See you soon!

Store GM Annastacia nominated Kristi to be under the spotlight for the week, and hauled Kristi in for a picture sans trusty hairnet.
