This is part of the French chefs initiative in Paris to reduce wasting food in the kitchen by respect of the environment and for the ones who struggle every day for a meal here at home or in Africa , Ukraine or Israel or Gaza where ever there is a conflict … together we can make a difference right there in our little kitchen one soldier at the time !
