Hot take: Chicken salad is my new favorite sandwich for summer adventures. Here’s why: It’s packed with flavor + crunch and magically stays moist while not getting the bread soggy. Loaded with protein but doesn’t make you feel like you just had Thanksgiving dinner. Get it toasted for added sog protection, lettuce for added crunch, and tomato for extra moisture.
