Today we Celebrate our team. Thank you for another great year! Many years of service awards were given. Many perfect attendance awards given. A lot of cash given out for knowing & reciting our Vision, Mission, and Core Values. And last but not least we had a lot of fun with our door prizes. Steve Gourley will retire next year. This was his last Christmas party. He won the top door prize. A PS5! Thank you all for attending and for all of your continued hard work. You continue to create Raving Fans!

We are so proud of our partners at
Best-One of Indy They were able to collect 2436 jars of peanut butter and jelly during their Spread The Love: Wipe Out Hunger fundraiser. We are grateful that our employees at Best-One Retreading of Indianapolis donated 105 of the 2436 jars. We look forward to continue to contribute to their efforts in years to come.

Today we celebrate Blas Noyola. He’s celebrating 20 years of service. We had Texas Roadhouse cater his celebration lunch. Blas makes all of us smile every day. He’s is a pleasure to work with. Congratulations on 20 years Blas!

Today we celebrate Greg Simms. Congratulations! 25 Years with BORI. Greg is a great team member. He manages the final process of every tire that leaves our facility. He makes sure that every tire gets in the correct hands for delivery. He is a very hard working man. Greg is also a veteran. We appreciate all he has done for BORI. Thank you Greg for the last 25 years of service. We look forward to many more.

Our Christmas party was at Maggiano’s today. Many were acknowledged today. Service awards for 1, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 & 40 years. 9 perfect attendance awards. 3 gifts-$100, $50, & $50 given out to to those that were able to recite our Core Values, Mission, & Vision Statement. Door prizes included Best Buy & Amazon gift cards, 2 TVs, X-Box, & an Apple Watch. Our owners were generous in sharing a profit bonus. We are so thankful for everyone that works at Best One Retreading of Indianapolis! Go out and “make people smile!”

We had a great visit Friday with a fantastic group from Best One Retreading of Michigan & Ohio. Thank you for your visit. It was the fist day of offering $ for reciting the Vision Mission Core Values during our morning meeting. We had quite a few try. Unfortunately no money was passed out. Only candy for trying. We tried again today and had 3 winners. $100, $50 & $20 was awarded. Congratulations to Samuel, Luis & Bryan.

Happy Veterans Day. We are grateful for those that serve to protect our freedoms. Today,during our morning meeting, we celebrated our Veterans. Steve (left) served in the Marines. Greg (right) served in the Army.

Martin celebrating 20 years at Best-One Retreading of Indianapolis!

We celebrated so many accomplishments today. Production record setting weeks 2 weeks in a row. 7/10-16/22 produced 1857. Then beat that record 7/17-23/22 with 1895 produced. We set a daily production record on 7/19/22 with producing 387 tires. We enjoyed a delicious meal from Texas Roadhouse. We have a great team that is committed to the pursuit of perfection. We are thankful for all of them. I didn’t capture the moment today with a picture. Just picture 40 of the greatest employees eating Texas Roadhouse with fellowship and laughter.
