We are thankful for our sales force! 2024 was a record breaking year for production. We produced 79,103 units. 1,304 units more than our last record in 2023. Way to go Team BORI!

We have been blessed to be under the leadership of Rich Elliott for the last 29 years. Rich changed our company for the better. He valued and loved all of us here. It was evident in his actions. He changed our culture. He had a vision and stuck to it. His vision will carry on. We love you Rich. Congratulations on your retirement! Welcome to our Hall of Fame!

We had another donation today. Our Team raised $800. With our match we will give a total of $1600 to the fund. Our prayers continue to be for our fellow retreaders in Augusta. We are awaiting to hear the updates on the Bradington plant following last night’s Milton hit.

Update. Our team raised $750 since Friday. With BORI’s match we will be donating $1500 today 10/9/24 to the Best-One Hurricane Helene Help fund. Thank you all for your generosity.

We are both proud and saddened to share the news of Rich Elliott's retirement after an impressive 29-year tenure with the Best-One team, including his role as President of Best-One of Indy since 2017, effective September 20th. Rich has been more than just a leader; he has been a mentor and a friend to many across our organization. His unwavering dedication, vision, and guidance have profoundly shaped our companys culture and success. Rich's contributions have left an indelible mark on Best-One, and his absence will be deeply felt by all.

As we celebrate his remarkable career, we invite everyone to join us in congratulating Rich on his well-deserved retirement, wishing him and his wife Kris of 42 years, joy and fulfillment in this new chapter. Rich, thank you for everything; you will always be a part of the Best-One family.

Today we celebrate the “IronMan” Ezell Triplett. Congratulations on 25 years with BORI. We have named our perfect attendance award after Ezell. The EZ Triplett award! In his 25 years he has only missed work less than a handful of times. He never calls in. He’s always on time. He is a fantastic example to the rest of us. We appreciate all he does here at Best One Retreading. When he started working he worked in the chamber area. That was back when chambers weren’t so “easy”. No monorails in sight. And yet, he made it look EZ 😉 see what we did there. Looking forward to working with you for many years to come. Thank you to Chef Ali SouthPaw Soul Kitchen for catering.
