How many of you are familiar with the turducken? There are many origins stories, but I became aware of it from New Orleans cuisine and John Madden commentating for Thanksgiving football games. The turducken is a delicious combination of a turkey stuffed with duck stuffed with chicken stuffed with a Cajun breading/sausage stuffing.
