This week's features Justin Sauvignon Blanc! In the glass, the wine is bright and clear with moderate tears and a pale straw color with silver highlights in the glass. On the nose, it's aromatic with ripe lemon, green apple, peach, citrus blossom, and fresh herbal notes. It's medium-bodied and dry with bright lemon and Granny Smith apple on the entry and pineapple with fresh-cut herbs toward the midpalate. The moderately long finish is very clean and textured with sustained fresh citrus fruit, herbal, and mineral notes. Try it for only $14.99 this week, cheers!

Tenuta di Tavignano 'Villa Torre' Verdicchio dei Castelli di si from Marche, Italy is our ! This pretty little white wine from the Marche region uses 100% organic Verdicchio from six hectares. Grapes are fermented in stainless steel, then allowed to rest in the bottle for three months before re-Lease. Fresh fruit aromas reminiscent of green apple, floral scent such as hawthorn and broom flowers jump from the glass upon first sip. In the mouth, it's slightly bitter (typical of Verdicchio) with an alluring minerality and white peach notes leading to a nice, crisp finish. Try it this week for only $13.99! Cheers!

We're welcoming in the New Year by featuring Château de Chambert Les Haut de Chambert Cahors as our Wine of the Week!
The Chambert "Les Allees" vineyard sits high on the hills of Cahors, South-West, France. The old vines grow on exceptional white limestone and red, iron-rich clay and benefit from ideal sun and wind exposure. This 100% Malbec opens with lovely red fruit aromas on the nose and palate with balanced acidity and fine tannins on the long, lingering finish. An approachable Cahors that can be aged for 4-6 years. Gustave Lorentz Cremant D'Alsace Brut is our ! The grapes for this sparkling blend of Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay are carefully selected and vinified according to the "Methode Champenoise." After traditional fermentation "vin de base" in tanks, a second fermentation ("prise de mousse") takes place in the cool cellars. It does not undergo malolactic fermentation. On the nose, this Brut offers a fine mousse that elegantly carries its complex aromas of green apple, pear, and hints of brioche, testament to its meticulous aging process. Domaine Fichet Bourgogne Aligoté is our ! Bourgogne Aligoté originates from the Aligoté grape variety, which is the second most important variety in Burgundy. The aim for this cúvée is to emphasize a fruity, young, and fresh character while also d'showcasing a significant maturity. Chateau Le Grand Moulin Blaye Cotes de Bordeaux is our ! This Bordeaux blend is mostly Merlot with Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Malbec aged in cement vats. It opens with generous, ripe and fruit forward aromas of dark currant, blackberry, cassis, mint, and spice with touches of earthiness.
