Starting pay is $14 per hour with raise expected after training period.
This is a part time position, approximately 4-5 hours per day.
This could become a full-time position depending on qualifications and desired hours, but will require some of the hours to be spent helping as needed inside the store. This can be discussed at interview.
Hours are flexible, however applicant will be required to come in one day of the weekend for a few hours.
Could be a perfect fit for applicant with school age children!
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform bookkeeping duties, including managing financial records and assisting with budgeting.
• Manage inventory, place orders, and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Handle daily bank deposits and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist with pricing strategies and ensure pricing updates are reflected accurately.
• Generate and analyze reports to support business operations.
• Oversee compliance to ensure company practices align with relevant regulations.
• Perform various administrative duties as needed to support the team and maintain smooth office operations.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in office management, bookkeeping, or related roles is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic accounting software.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
