Tasting tomorrow Noon- 5pm. Domaine du Banneret Châteauneuf-du-Pape 2021. Small 4-hectare plot showcases all 13 varietals co-planted with meticulous care over 60 years ago. The grapes are harvested manually at full maturity and undergo a thorough sorting process. The winemaking process embraces natural filtration through decantation, avoiding the addition of yeast for fermentation. With an annual production of 10,000 bottles, this Châteauneuf-du-Pape ages for 24 months in oak barrels. Known for its classic pairing with meats, venison, and cheeses, this wine also delights when savored with desserts, especially chocolate, enhancing its sweet roundness through a delightful play of contrasting flavors.

When our clients, Claire and Brian, made their way to Alsace, they knew they were in for a treat. At Les Vignobles Ruhlmann, they were warmly welcomed by the ever-gracious Laurence Ruhlmann, who personally gave them an exclusive tour of the vineyard.

From learning about the intricate winemaking process to exploring the lush vines 🍇 under the Alsatian sun, every moment was a testament to the passion and heritage that defines the Ruhlmann family. The highlight, of course, was the tasting 🍷—a symphony of flavors that captured the terroir of Alsace in every sip.

🍾 And just when we thought it couldn’t get any better, Laurence sent us photos 📷 of Claire and Brian enjoying their visit. Et voilà! A picture-perfect moment to treasure.
