2 week challenge @htxfightcamp officially over! I stuck to it and didn't consume dairy, alcohol or processed foods. It's so easy to feel anxious and nervous during this scary, uncertain quarantine! I have those moments often... & when I do, here are a few things that help me: 1️⃣Get in my workouts 2️⃣Keep my home tidy 3️⃣Spend QT with my family (baking, bike rides or movies) 4️⃣Houseparty with friends 5️⃣Prayers of gratefulness . Sunday morning workout 💪🏽 I packed my own mat, weights and @doubledrag0n met me in a big empty parking lot with a few extra equipment pieces that he sprayed down with Lysol before & after.
