The Bluefish Old Monroe Distillery trip is scheduled for Saturday, March 8th. The cost is $120 per person, which includes transportation to/from the distillery and lunch. We plan to depart from Bluefish between 9:00-9:30 AM and return by 5:00 PM.

Please note that we currently do not have enough participants signed up for the trip. If we do not receive more sign-ups, we will have to cancel the Monroe Distillery trip. The last day to pay for the trip is March 2nd, so please sign up as soon as possible.

This is a blood orange margarita, the recipe is as follows:
2oz Tequila of your choice
1oz Blood Orange Liqueur
1oz fresh lime juice
1oz Agave syrup
1oz of fresh blood orange juice (blood oranges are in season from November to April) it's available at now.

I added Tajin, and chamoy around the rim and of course, I had to add peppers.
