Today we will be returning to normal hours of operations which consist in 9am to 10pm, Monday to Saturday and 11am to 9pm on Sundays. We will still be limiting the amount of patrons in the store and will also still be requiring face mask to enter the premises.
We would also like to inform everyone that the Diamond Pub is also open. We have set up some outdoor seating areas both out front and outback.

Starting tomorrow, May 4th, we will be returning to our previous schedule. Monday thru Saturday , 9am to 8pm and Sunday’s 11am to 8pm. All other safety measures will remain in place including a 5 customer limit in the store at any given time and no one will be allowed on premise without a mask.
On a side note we would like to call attention to fact, that with only a few exceptions, everyone is following the rules and taking appropriate precautions. From customers standing outside waiting for someone to exit to everyone wearing their mask. We thank you for taking care of yourselves and In turn for taking care of us.

We have shuffled up our platform a bit. We are still taking over the phone orders for curbside delivery but we are also allowing customers on premise. No one is allowed in the store without a face mask and we are only allowing up to 5 customers in the store at a time. Our current hours of operation are 10am to 6pm, Monday thru Saturday and 11am to 6pm on Sundays.

Hello everyone, we Hope this message finds you all and your families well. We apologize for any inconvenience since we did not reopen on the 20th as previously stated. We will be reopening on Thursday, April 23rd. For the time being we will be open from 10am to 6pm and only be doing curbside pickup. No one but staff will be allowed in the store. You can place your orders by calling 973-427-5400. We will only be accepting payment via credit or debit cards over the phone. At the time of the call we will schedule a pick up time.
Again we apologize for any inconvenience incurred by this new setup but this decision was reached keeping in mind the best way to keep all our customers and our staff safe by minimizing face to face interaction.

Oban The Night’s Watch:
he brothers of the Night’s Watch take an oath and pledge their lives to protect the Seven Kingdoms and guard them from the terrors that lie beyond the ancient barrier of ice, The Wall, from their base at Castle Black. There lies a frozen wasteland which, legend has it, is inhabited by giants, wildlings and the Night King and his army of White Walkers who bring with them the long night. Just like Castle Black, Oban Distillery sits at the foot of a steep cliff that overlooks the bay, the frontier between the West Highlands and the Islands of Scotland. The richness of the whisky is balanced with a woody, spicy dryness that would keep even the Night’s Watch warm in winter.
On the nose this Oban has aromas of hay and tangy savoury aromas, but calms into cocoa and Morello cherries. On the palate there are instant flavours of dark berry pie and liquorice. Toasted oak joins the fray, and citrus and cloves add a lighter touch. The finish brings back those cherries and dark fruits, alongside a hint of savoury.

Lagavulin House Lannister:
One of the oldest, and richest, dynasties in the Seven Kingdoms, House Lannister will do anything to retain its power and influence over the Iron Throne. Their ferocious intent is aptly represented by the clawing lion of House Lannister’s banner which demonstrates that, if you cross them, you will hear the violent roar of House Lannister which has left many houses in ruins.
Lagavulin 9 Year Old is a roaring single malt that leaves an intensely smoky flavour in every sip. The golden liquid recalls the Lannisters’ riches and comes from being exclusively matured in first fill ex-Bourbon casks. The nose is characteristic of Lagavulin and bursts with sweet smoke, with a slightly zestier, maritime scent than other expressions. On the palate it opens with smoky, caramelised banana, burnt marshmallow and vanilla, fading into a salted caramel finish.

“Back to Reality”
A bright IPA in the truest sense. Heavy additions of wheat and oats create a lush mouthfeel. We walloped this one with some of our favorite American hops (Amarillo, Mosaic and Simcoe) in the whirlpool and dry hop. Notes of ripe orange peel, fresh picked tangerine and citrus. An all-day crusher that won’t tire the palate.

“MIA-EWR” Highlander Weiss
There are few things as germane to the Jersey experience as trips to Florida, when winter is getting long in its tooth. As a kid to see relatives, as a young adult to revel in the warmth with friends, and as a grown-up to get away from it all. MIA-EWR is about those wintry Florida things you drag along on the flight north at the bottom of winter- oranges so precious, sweet and warm, they are individually tissue-wrapped and carted along with those couple coconuts in giant husks found while traipsing about. Both mixed through a sprightly Highlander base to add a warm breath to the last moments before the sun comes back. Drink MIA-EWR when it’s time to change the forecast.

In the late summer of 2017, we debuted Stone Vengeful Spirit IPA, a tropical IPA brewed with pineapple & mandarin orange. Its purpose was to demonstrate the gloriousness whole fruit can add to our IPAs. It did so, with a vengeance. So we tasked ourselves with creating an even bigger and more aggressive version of the beer, packing it with extra hops alongside real citrus & tropical fruit. The result is Stone Revengeful Spirit Imperial IPA: a beer, like revenge itself, best served cold.

“Oatmeal Raisin Cookie”
The genesis of the beer you’re holding in your hand was pretty simple. We asked ourselves, “What if a beer tasted like an oatmeal raisin cookie?” The answer to our rhetorical question was to add raisins, lactose and cinnamon to Maduro, our English-style Brown Ale, a beer that showcases flavors of caramel, toffee and chocolate. The combination of the base beer and the additional ingredients resulted in a beer that tastes like it was baked in Grandma’s oven.
