Carnivor Bourbon Barrel Aged Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 California
Aromas of raspberry, red cherry, red plum, blackberry, rose petal, vanilla, nutmeg, and a hint of charred wood. Flavors of blackberry, dark plum, vanilla, brown sugar, coffee, mocha, and toasted oak. Aging in Bourbon casks leaves the wine with a long, silky, slightly sweet, smooth finish. Pair with red meats, lamb, red sauce pasta, and hard cheeses.
Erath Pinot Noir 2022 Oregon
This Pinot Noir is fruit-forward yet balanced. Aromas of forest berries, cherry, and hints of earthiness such as mushrooms and lichen. On the palate, it evolves from bright cherry to blackberry compote, with a subtle savoriness like toasted morel mushrooms. The wine has light-to-medium body and smooth acidity. Pair with roasted chicken, venison, mushroom-based dishes, and quiche.
Mosolo Angela Pinot Grigio 2022 Italy
Dry, crisp, and full-bodied with a clean finish and balanced acidity. Aromas of apple, citrus, and peach carry over to the fruity and refreshing palate. Easy drinking and easy to love. Pair this with a zesty pasta, seafood dish, or an Italian cheese board.
Grace Vineyards Ava Rose 2022 California
Fruity, floral, and delicate. This Rose is bright with a nose of wild roses. The palate showcases a fresh, crisp, dry style, boasting flavors of apricot, honeysuckle, and balanced acidity. A silky, medium-bodied mouthfeel is rounded out with a delicately dry finish. Pairs well with fresh salads, grilled chicken, orzo salad, roasted squash, and spicy dishes.
Castello del Poggio Peachy Dreams Moscato NV Italy
Prominent aromas of fresh peaches, tropical fruits, and white flowers, with hints of citrus and honey. On the palate, expect a sweet and luscious flavor profile with juicy peach and apricot notes, balanced by a refreshing acidity and a clean, zesty finish. A very fruity, light-bodied wine with a distinct peach character. Pairs well with desserts like peach cobbler, fruit tarts, hazelnut biscotti, or vanilla ice cream. It can also be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif.
We look forward to seeing you.
