We have cold 24 Packs of Poland Spring Water in the walk-in cooler as well as the normal spots you find them in the store. Make sure you stay hydrated! Plenty of Coke, Pepsi, Gatorade and Powerade as well as juice, Smart Water and the necessary hard seltzers and cold beer for the end of the day.

It is customers like these, that make it all worthwhile. We are a store to make memories. A store that has continued to generate stories of kids growing up, riding their bikes to get candy, Slush Puppies and ice cream that still come in because it’s such a wonderful memory that cuts through the rigors of adult life. A place that makes everyone happy.

Myette’s has been an anchor to Hanover since 1971. A place everyone knows will be there for them. Proven time and time again. Continuing to evolve, while remaining true to its old school roots. We are open 364 days a year, 6am-10pm M-Sat and 7am-9pm Sun. Even when the power is out providing free hot coffee for police, fire and town workers in the storm that are making sure the people are safe. As well as providing for the needs of the community as a place to convene when you’ve been snow logged at home, charge your devices, and doing cash transactions when other stores can’t because they NEED their computers.

A true convenience store for the people. Always.

Santome Rose Prosecco

Small handcrafted production, with minimal sulfites and sugars added. Fruity component of strawberry and raspberry follows with delicate hint of rose flowers.

Palate: pleasant, aromatic, fresh, smooth-flowing. Wellbalanced, with a crispy dry finish.

In the kitchen: a great wine for aperitifs. It combines magnificently with light fish first courses, risotto and quiche.

In the wake of a piece of Hanover History lost, it kind of hits home for us on Broadway. Not just for the fact that family run grocers are becoming obsolete due to rising costs, among a few other things.

I had a conversation with Tracy's father (Glenn) yesterday when he said to me that his heart stopped when he saw the images online. He thought it was Myette's being torn down. Obviously forgetting that Assinippi had been on the chopping block for a while now. It’s a stark reminder that what everyone remembers fondly from their childhood/growing up, is being eradicated from existence. The only evidence that Assinippi ever existed is some picture, a few relics, and some great memories (even those will disappear eventually).

Please support your local businesses. There are plenty of them around town. From Four Corners boutiques, to restaurants, dealerships, insurance companies, and of course, The Big Red Store in South Hanover as well as Myette’s General Store in Hanson. We are still making memories over here. Kids and adults alike, still ride their bikes for candy, sodas ice cream and Slush Puppies. Everyone is there reminiscing about fond memories and making new ones.

We’re not done yet. While we may evolve a touch, we are still here. The very definition of a neighborhood Country Store. You count on us just as we count on you. We love to see you!

Support local businesses doing great things. Bring your used solar eclipse glasses down to Four Corners Supply Co to be used by others. You know how hard it was to find them last minute here. Imagine how hard it is to find them there, ahead of time.

What’s better than recycling or trashing your glasses?

Reusing!! We’ll be collecting your (good condition) solar eclipse glasses and sending them off to an organization that will distribute them to kids in Latin America for their upcoming Solar Eclipse!

So, a few people came in Saturday night, wondering about what was going on with the film crew.

Welp, Tracy has decided to take up a career in the film industry. She will no longer own the store because she has picked up a few key rolls in some upcoming movies. One of them being Klerks 5, as you can see being filmed here.

This new adventure will be taking her to California the majority of the time so, she has decided to sell the store. I guess the new owners will be selling used car stereos and doing substandard tattoos.
