Our Story

We are a year round family campground, variety store and restaurant open every day, 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., except Christmas Day. The store and restaurant is easily accessible right on Route 2 in Hanover ME, just six miles east of Bethel and Sunday River Ski Resort. We carry a wide array of supplies and groceries along with a large selection of beers, including Maine craft beer, and wines. Our cozy restaurant seats 20 people and features a gas fireplace, cook stove, and comfortable seating. We offer both take out and eat in breakfast, lunch and dinner items and we make the best pizza in Hanover! Stony Brook Variety Store and Restaurant is where friends gather, graze and gossip!
