CAISEAL (Cash-el) - A Gaelic term for a circular, stone ring fort used for refuge and defense in ancient Ireland. Caiseal forts are a symbolic representation of perseverance and security. Want a Mojito but don't have Rum? Easy Solution! Try a Mulejito
1 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
4 oz Caiseal Vodka
6 oz ginger beer
Fresh mint

Squeeze fresh lime juice into a copper mug and muddle with fresh mint.
Add the Caiseal Vodka.
Fill the glass with crushed ice and/or ice cubes.
Top with ginger beer.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a lime wheel

BOURBON BARREL AGED Fifth Force Imperial Stout is on tap at The Vanguard Brewpub & Distillery! A robust beer made with a variety of dark and crystal malts. The yield is a rich and creamy stout with notes of chocolate fudge, dark caramel and roasted malts. Add in a little more complexity on the palate with some woody notes thanks to the aging process.
