Sangria-- just the right thing for a warm afternoon!

1 bottle Mont Reaga Isola Tinto Joven
1 apple, cored and finely chopped
1 orange, sliced thin
1/2 lemon, sliced thin
1/2 lime, sliced thin
Handful of cranberries
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
1/4 cup triple sec
1/4 cup brandy
1/2 bottle sparkling wine such as Baron de Seillac Brut

Combine everything but the sparkling wine and let sit for several hours. Add the sparkling wine right before serving.

Interesting idea... I wonder if we could try this experiment here is Hampton with our little piece of ocean ;)

Having first experimented with sea-ageing back in 2013, Champagne Drappier has now released two twin-packs of its wines so that oenophiles can taste the results.
