Craft Distilled by Master Distiller Harlen Wheatley and his dedicated team at the Distillery, Wheatley Vodka is made in small batches using Harlen’s one of a kind micro-still and a unique recipe of wheat and other grains. Distilled a total of 10 times, triple filtered, and bottled at 82 proof, this artisanal vodka has a clean, crisp, and fresh taste. Harlen has always wanted to make a premium vodka, and knows from experience that wheat offers a delicate and balanced flavor profile. The wheat recipe is cooked, fermented, and distilled seven times on the micro-still before being married with a recipe made from other grains and distilled an additional three times. As Harlen describes it, "This is how vodka is supposed to taste."

Valley Wines and Spirits is proud to release a private barrel pick of one of the most sought after bourbons in the world: Blanton’s Single Barrel Bourbon.
Blanton’s has a rich history, setting the standard for single barrel bourbons in 1984 by then distiller Elmer T Lee. Earlier this year, we had the opportunity to taste through 3 exceptional barrel samples and pick one to be bottled exclusively for us. The barrel we picked has a medium mouth feel with strong notes of cinnamon, honey, and butterscotch.

2024 Bourbon County Brand Original Stout
After crafting the very first bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout, we've learned that to have the best beer, you start with the best possible ingredients. Barrels are such an important ingredient and we continue to use only the best our friends on the bourbon trail have to offer. 2024 Bourbon County Brand Original Stout is aged in a mix of freshly emptied bourbon barrels from Buffalo Trace, Heaven Hill, Four Roses and Wild Turkey distilleries. Barrel-aged for an average of 12 months, Bourbon County Original Stout boasts deeply developed flavors of fudge, vanilla and caramelized sugar with a rich, decadent mouthfeel.
Vanilla Rye Stout
Vanilla, as an ingredient, has made an appearance in Bourbon County lineups over the years, but the 2024 Bourbon County Brand Vanilla Rye Stout is a new take on our 2014 Vanilla Rye release. This year’s release showcases rye and the complexity it delivers by starting with a rye imperial stout and aging it in freshly emptied rye whiskey barrels. After aging in barrels for a full year, the stout is then finished with incredibly aromatic madagascar vanilla beans. Bourbon County Vanilla Rye Stout has the beloved attributes of the vanilla variants before it–with a new characteristically rich spice character from aging in the rye whiskey barrels.
2024 Bourbon County Brand Macaroon Stout is an imperial stout aged for a full year in bourbon barrels before adding rich cocoa nibs, sweet candied ginger and toasted coconut. This decadent stout is an homage to the flavors of homemade coconut macaroons with a twist of nostalgia.

Jack Daniels Barrel Proof Single Barrel.
129.3 Proof
Barrel House 2-37; Barrel No. 24-24125
Mashbill: 80% Corn, 12% Malted Barley, 8% Rye
Appearance: Dark Amber.
Nose: Not As heavy on the typical banana notes from Jack Daniels. More smoke and toffee aromas.
Palate: Crisp, with honey, caramel and toasted oak. Banana flavor is present but reminiscent of dried banana chips.
Finish: Bright. Sweet brown sugar and peppery spice.
Is Jack Daniels Bourbon?
Yes, but… While not labelled bourbon, these barrels meet all the legal criteria required to be called bourbon. So why is it labelled Tennessee Whiskey instead? Two additional criteria must be met for a Bourbon to be labelled Tennessee Whiskey… First it must be made in Tennessee. Second, after distillation, Tennessee Whiskey must undergo what is referred to as the ‘Lincoln County Process’ by filtering it through maple charcoal. Jack Daniel’s allows its whiskey to drip for six days in 10-foot vats, passing through charcoal that was made by burning maple wood that had been impregnated with 140 proof Jack Daniel’s whiskey, before being put in new charred oak barrels and aged for an estimated 4-7 years.

NEW RELEASE ALERT
Although Angel’s Envy didn't pioneer bourbon finishes it may be one of the most popular finished products on the market. The brand's success can probably be attributed to its low bottling proof (86.8 proof), affordable price, and visually appealing bottle design. It’s a staple on most shelves but some times you want something with a little more backbone. That’s why we were excited to have the opportunity to sample and select a “single barrel” pick of Angel’s Envy at a much higher bottle proof of 110.
If you are unfamiliar with Angel’s Envy it was started by Lincoln Henderson, former master distiller for Brown-Foreman where he developed Woodford, Gentleman Jack, and Jack Daniel’s Single Barrels. In 2006, Henderson put his barrel-aging experiments to good use when he and his son, Wes, embarked on the first mainstay port barrel finish bourbon—Angel's Envy, which launched in 2011. A few months after the groundbreaking of the Angel's Envy Distillery in 2013, Lincoln Henderson passed away at the age of 75.
Besides the proof another difference in the single barrel releases is the lack of blending. A typical batch of Angel’s Envy consists of a blend of 50% unfinished bourbon and 50% port finished bourbon, which may account for the color variations between batches. The single barrels are entirely finished in Port and the difference is obvious in the color and on the palate.
This pour has all the complex aroma and flavors that make it a great sipper that can hold it’s own with a bit of ice or a splash of water.
Details: 110.0 proof. Mash bill: 72% corn, 18% rye, and 10% malted barley (sourced from Brown Foreman). Age undisclosed.
“Angel’s Share / Devil’s Cut” Tasting notes:
Color: Dark Red Mahogany
Nose: Cherry coke, raisins, cinnamon and clove
Palate: Heavy mouthfeel, a delicious chocolate and fruit bomb with a hint of Brown Foreman bananas
Finish: Smooth and mellow for the proof, with lingering dried fruit notes from the wine.
