Have a Super Mar10 with this Super Mushroom drink

Ingredients:
2 oz vanilla vodka
2 tablespoons raspberry syrup (we used Torani)
4 oz club soda
1 oz Rum Chata
Whipped cream

Directions:
Chill club soda ahead of time. In a shaker with ice, combine raspberry syrup and vanilla vodka, shake until very cold. Add club soda and strain into a rocks glass--the shorter the better! Pour Rum Chata into a jigger or shot glass, then quickly pour through the vodka and club soda mix. The Rum Chata will sink to the bottom and spread out, forming the stem of your mushroom. Scoop out round blobs of whipped cream to form white spots, or indulge your sweet tooth and just cap the whole drink with one big white spot. Sip and enjoy--but be ready for the sugar rush that's sure to follow!

Make it a Mocktail:
You can easily make your own, delicious Italian Cream Sodas without the alcohol. Our favorite is this recipe, where you can fallow the directions above, and simply use a tablespoon of vanilla syrup instead of vanilla vodka, and half and half in place of Rum Chata.

Rootbeer Jello Shots

DIRECTIONS

Add 1⁄2 cup root beer to a small saucepan and sprinkle gelatin over top. Let sit for 5 minutes to bloom.

Place saucepan over medium heat and bring mixture to a boil, constantly whisking until gelatin is dissolved. Turn off heat, add vodka and remaining 1 cup root beer, and whisk to combine.

Fill 10 plastic shot glasses with mixture. Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.

When ready to serve, top with whipped topping and a cherry.
