Grocery store is still serving neighborhood
“In early 1938, the building was moved to its present location and enlarged. The land and building were owned by Willie Clark, while John Rivers operated the station for Clark Oil Co.. Rivers ran the service station until the early 1960s. Then two other operators handled the business until B.C. Branch bought the property in 1967.
