Celebrating 25 years in 2025, this masterpiece of a cigar begins with Carlito Fuente sourcing the rarest vintages of Dominican to***cos from Chateau de la Fuente, then dresses the blend in the finest aged, dark, and oily Connecticut Broadleaf wrappers that have gone through an additional one year of aging in cognac barrels, creating medium to full-bodied perfection with well-balanced notes of dark chocolate, espresso bean, leather, and oak, all with lingering underlying sweetness. Also, in my humble opinion, the pre-light draw may be the best of any cigar made today. It smacks of pure chocolate and will have you enthralled before even firing it up.

For 2024, Tatuaje's Pete Johnson has presented us 2 different wrapper versions of this 6 3/4" x 44 Cazadores: one cloaked in Connecticut Broadleaf Rosado, the other in Tuxtla Mexican San Andrés, with both sporting the same Nicaraguan filler and binder combination from the farms of My Father and crafted at My Father Ci**rs, S.A. in Esteli, Nicaragua.

The day has finally arrived! Just through the doors of your Greensboro Cigar Company. The Muestra de Saka *Y Lancero Collection!

The long-awaited *Y Lancero Collection contains ten different 7" x 38 lancero vitolas, each a different blend of undisclosed nature, including the Muestra de Saka that debuted in 2019. The collection also showcases 6 different wrapper leafs, including a candela, the first time ever used by Steve Saka on a Dunbarton T&T cigar.

From Master Ligador and Catador de Puros, Steve Saka, himself, in an email to halfwheel.com:

“I am not disclosing any details about the ligas at this point as I want consumers to experience them blind without any particulars or inherent biases based on the to***cos – the idea is for folks to compare and contrast them, I am hoping consumers will smoke them and then debate which is the favorite and least favorites. At some point down the road, likely sometime next year I will share the info. I just want folks to have ample opportunity to smoke them before I spill the details.”

The final blend created by the late patriarch and master, Carlos Fuente, Sr., using the time-honored Cuban traditions learned from his father, Arturo Fuente. Meticulously crafted with a core of Cuban-seed Dominican grown fillers, bound in Dominican, and finished in hand-selected Ecuador Havana, recreating a taste of Don Carlos' early days in the business, as he told Cigar Insider in a 2011 interview, "I blended this cigar the way I used to blend Cuban to***co."

Just through the doors of your Greensboro Cigar Company. Tatuaje's Monster Series Wolfman Redux has landed!

First, a little background on the Tatuaje Monster Series and the original release of The Wolfman:

The original Wolfman was released in 2011 as the fourth installment to Tatuaje's Monster Series, the series produced annually at Halloween by Pete Johnson beginning in 2008 commemorating famous movie monsters and actors. with this cigar inspired by The Wolf Man, the classic horror movie released in 1941 starring Bela Lugosi. There were a total of 21,658 ci**rs released: 8,658 ci**rs were packaged in 666 dress box coffins and packed 13 to a box, while the remaining 13,000 ci**rs were packaged in 1,300 plain boxes holding 10 ci**rs each.

With the 2024 release of Wolfman Redux, Pete Johnson and My Father Ci**rs have produced a limited run for it's return, totaling only 5,000 coffin boxes of 13 ci**rs, using the original blend of Nicaraguan filler and binder, finished in Ecuador Sumatra, and crafted in the original imposing size of 7 1/2" x 52 with an unfinished shaggy foot. Full-bodied, balanced, and complex, with layered notes of black pepper, baking spices, citrus, cacao, and espresso bean.

The Godfather, Cigar Hall of Fame member, and Master Blender, Ernesto Perez-Carrillo, in collaboration with the Plasencia family, brings us the EPC Essence Series Honduras, produced at the renowned Plasencia fabrica in Honduras. The third release in a series of ci**rs with a focus on wrapper to***cos and how they impact the overall sensory experience of ci**rs, from sight and smell, to touch and taste.

Crafted with fillers from both Honduras and Nicaragua, bound in Honduran, and finished in a prized Honduran Olancho San Agustin (OSA) wrapper (the same varietal which graces the very highly regarded Plasencia Cosecha) that has undergone a two-year fermentation process to achieve it's dark and oily sheen. Medium to full-bodied, delivering complex notes of roasted espresso, dark chocolate, and earth.
