The time has come for a new concept as we wrapped up sushi last night…. & we can’t wait to add this seasonal concept to The Wine Merchant. Our next concept is…. BARBECUE!! ✨
�Washington Street BBQ at The Wine Merchant is in the works and will be opening soon! A barbecue concept is something Executive Chef Sal has always wanted to do… and now we have the perfect spot for it. Between BBQ & sushi, The Wine Merchant has a versatile menu to offer throughout the different seasons of the year.

We will still have the wine stations, wine by the bottle, beer by the bottle & can. With a few slight renovations, we are hoping to make The Wine Merchant family friendly as well. Stay tuned in the next week for more updates, an opening date, as well as the menu!
