Want to make Chardonnay?
Autumn 2019!

Arrive at a scenic vineyard in the Applegate Valley and pick the finest Chardonnay grapes by hand.

From there the grapes will be transported to Barrel 42, a custom crush facility in Southern Oregon owned by renowned winemakers Herb Quady and Brian Gruber.

Throughout the 6 -12 months that it takes to complete the process all the way through to bottling, you will have the opportunity to learn, experience, or observe multiple parts of winemaking processes, such as destemming, sorting, pressing, fermentation, barrel aging, and bottling. You will also be part of the Tribe (next wine selection in 2020).

Tours, demos, food pairing, live music, access to exclusive events, interviews with professional winemakers and vintners, and even a Crush T-shirt are included.

The cost covers the entire process from beginning to end (included in this is the winemaking cost of your very own bottles that will be paid directly to Barrel 42 Custom Crush).
