Blue Note's Uncut Texas Single Barrel, a 120 proof bottle with great flavor that drinks like a 90 proof!

Uncle Chicken's, a super light bourbon out of San Francisco that goes down easy but isn't light on caramel notes.

Stranahan's Blue Peak, a single Malt Whiskey, where it's Solera Finish gives it a flavor with a light malty chocolate note with enough richness behind it.

And lastly Vago Elote, a great Mezcal made by Hijos de Aquilino Garcia, that has aromas of dried corn and watermelon rind, and was a finalist in the Ultimate Beverage Challenge.
