We are fortunate to partner with many Islands businesses that support the Champlain Islands Food Shelf through fundraising, donations, etc.

This week, we extend gratitude to Emmons Supermarket in Grand Isle. We work with them to source essential products for the CIFS at wholesale prices - and they generously donate the staff time required to help compile/process our orders. Thank you to the team at Emmons for your kindness and long-term partnership!

VERMONT’S PLASTIC BAG BAN STARTED JULY 1st!!! WE WILL ONLY PROVIDE PAPER GROCERY BAGS, WITH A $.10 FEE PER BAG.
Please don’t forget, no employee of your local Supermarket has any control over the plastic bag ban or the paper bag fee, be kind, this is just one more thing that is being piled on to my already exhausted cashiers. They’re doing an amazing job and could use your support. 😊
