This recipe is from the the acclaimed writer who inspired the Muppets "A Christmas Carol" -- Charles Dickens!!!
If you're down to the last ember in your fireplace, this cozy drink will warm up everyone at your nephew's Christmas party.
Roast several oranges studded with cloves in the oven. 350 for an hour.
Simmer a bottle of Bordeaux and a bottle of ruby port.
Add brown sugar, allspice, ginger, and nutmeg to taste.
Add the juice from the roasted oranges.
Enjoy in a mug or stemware.
This batch serves at least 10 people.

Muddle blackberries, lemon juice, mine and simple syrup in the bottom of a glass.
Add crushed ice.
Add 1.5 oz Sathenay Mure
Add 2oz rum
Gently stir to incorporate the liquid into the ice.
Garnish with more mint.
Top with soda water.

It's not Christmas without Connolly's TOM AND JERRY BATTER! 🎄☕
It's like if butter, marshmallows, and ice cream came in a small tub.
We have three incredible recipes:
TRADITIONAL
Scoop of batter in mug
1oz Cognac
1oz Jamaican Rum
Top with hot water
Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup
Scoop of batter
1oz Peanut Butter Whiskey
1oz Chocolate Liqueur
Top with hot water
Crumble Reese's peanut butter cup onto the drink.
ULTIMATE KIDS HOT CHOCOLATE
Put chocolate chips in bottom of mug
Melt with 1 or 2 tablespoons of hot water
Add lots of batter
Top with hot water or hot milk
Or you can just eat it with a spoon.

Add 1oz of Sathenay Liqueur (your flavor preference)
Stir with ice and enjoy!

We're using "Fraise" (Strawberry) for this one. With some Puerto Rican Rum and club soda, you can make a delicious mojito!
Basil pairs surprisingly well with strawberry, so we're adding that as well to bring the cocktail to life. This is the perfect cocktail to make on a sleepy winter afternoon.

Muddle strawberries, lemon juice, basil and simple syrup in the bottom of a glass.
Add crushed ice.
Add 1.5 oz Sathenay Fraise
Add 2oz rum
Gently stir to incorporate the liquid into the ice.
