Walls are up, roof completed and roof trim dry screwed in place. Next step is to remove the screws holding the roof trim on and add Lexel sealant and adhesive to underside of trim, and fill each screw hole.

We have now cut a 3/8 " notch for the hatch weather seal. Then more clamping and sanding to complete the walls. At this point there are six coats of exterior spar urethane sprayed on each side. Only a couple more to go!

Here is the subfloor and floor getting a first coat of paint on the bottom. The subfloor is clamped and assembled on the actual floor to guarantee I perfect fit. Tomorrow the subfloor will be bolted to trailer frame and then the floor piece glued on top.

This beautiful birch will become the sides of an educational Teardrop trailer! It will be used as a mobile solar powered pottery wheel teaching lab. In addition to learning to make pottery, the children will learn about how the electric pottery wheels are powered by the sun!

The galley is coming together. The control box on the right has usb, as well as a couple of 12 volt cigarette type outlets. There are additional outlets in cabin. That is a large thirty five amp hour battery that will be charged via a solar panel on tongue box, off the grid in style
