"Start your lazy Friday summer nights with a blueberry mojito" Ingredients -1 cup fresh blueberries (Set aside a few for garnish if desired) -4 oz rum -2 tsp white sugar -6 oz. club soda -Fresh lime juice -Fresh mint leaves -Ice cubes Step 1. Blend or muddle blueberries until smooth. Set aside. Step 2. Use a wooden spoon to blend in mint leaves and sugar. Step 3. Stir in rum, lime juice, and blueberry mixture. Step 4. Pour into glasses over club soda & ice. Gently stir.
