🚨Barrel Pick Alert 🚨
For the last 8 years we have been trying to get a Four Roses barrel pick, and earlier this year we were fortunate enough to be able go and pick one out to be able to share with our customers. It was aged for 9 years and 10 months and is 120.2 proof. It is an OBSV recipe which consists of 60% corn, 35% rye, and 5% malted barley. The OBSV recipe is one of the ten recipes Four Roses has, this specific one has delicate fruits, spice, and cream notes.

🚨Barrel Pick Alert🚨

2024 Yellowstone Store pick $59.99
We received another Yellowstone Store Pick. I believe this is our 6th yellowstone store pick that we have done. They have all turned out great and this one is no different. Coming in at 109 proof, it has a very full body and a touch of sweetness from the high corn content. The mash bill for the 2024 Yellowstone is 75% corn, 13% Rye and 12% Malted Barley.

🚨Barrel Pick Alert🚨

Minor Case store pick $54.99
We were fortunate to be able to pick the 1st Minor Case barrel in the state of Kansas. This Minor Case is a 6 year old Rye. It is 110 proof but honestly drinks like a 94 proof. It has a touch of sweetness and none of the bite you sometimes find in a Rye whiskey. The Minor Case mash bill is 51% Rye,45% Corn and 3% Malted Barley.
