Kane County Soil Conservation District Board got together to celebrate the Cooperators of the Year!

Honored this year were Kline and Eric Esplin of Esplin Livestock (shown wearing their gifts of black jackets for the photo, surrounded by Conservation District board members)!

The annual dinner event took place at Brink’s Grill in Glendale on Tuesday, February 18th.

Rice noodles, beef, chicken, tofu, mushrooms, onions, green beans, broccoli, and cilantro. Flavored with two ladles Hoisin sauce, two ladles sweet chili sauce (Korean BBQ), one ladle hour chili oil and one ladle of garlic broth. Topped after grilling with some peanuts and hot chili sauce!🌶️🌶️🌶️ 🔥 🔥 🔥

Wednesday: 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Thursday - Saturday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM. Grill open s at 11:30.
Closed Sunday, Monday, Tuesday
This will probably be then the end of February.

Ever had one of those days when you can't decide which kind of meat you want? Happened to me today, so I give you the Barbecue Beef, Chicken, and Pork sandwich! Served up here with delicious, fresh veggies from our buffet tables including potatoes, onions, mushrooms, and zucchini. Come see what you can create. The possibilities are literally endless! 😋

Have you been wanting to try our food, but you're married to someone who only likes steak and taters? Come give this a try! It's a mixture of beef, chicken, and pork grilled in Kansas City BBQ sauce. Shredded potatoes on the side. I also had some veggies with mine just for fun!

So so so good! I love a lot of stuff in my stir-fry! Come try my sauce combo!
2 ladles of garlic parmesan
1 ladle of sweet chili sauce
Splash of lime
1 ladle of garlic broth
1 ladle of ginger broth
1 ladle of garlic oil
1 ladle of sesame oil
If you want a little extra heat add a splash of Buffalo Sauce! 😋🤠
