Ice Cream Sour (ICS v1.34) - 5.6%
Brewed with 2row, oats and milk sugar (lactose) for a full body with a residual sweetness. Soured with our clean souring blend. Version 1.34 is conditioned with banana puree, vanilla soft serve, banana bread, and brown sugar. The final product evokes a sense of indulgence, with a flavor profile reminiscent of melted banana bread ice cream. . . . .

Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Other Half, Pennsylvania Nights stands as a tribute to New Trail's home state, and a very warm welcome to Other Half's recent addition, located in Philadelphia. Pennsylvania Nights is hopped with some of the best Southern Hemisphere hops we've ever worked with - Nelson Sauvin & Nectaron, and rounded out with some favorites from the Pacific Northwest - Citra & Centennial. This Hazy Double IPA is rife with notes of deep citrus, juicy nectarine & fleshy white grape. 8.6%

We are trying beers in Prairie's line of sour ales - they are tart and so very yummy! With flavors like Rainbow Sherbet, Tiny Esses, and Hawaiian TKO, they are just the ticket to getting your mind off your worries 🍓🍊🍑🍒
