We are officially closed until the new store opens. We know this is an inconvenience for the community but promise it will be worth it. If it was possible to stay open while ripping out the fuel tanks, lines, dispensers, and demolition of the old store and canopy, we definitely would! Great things are coming.

Progress on the foundation for the new store. Foundation work done by Mentz Foundations, they are great to work with.

After delays due to weather and holidays, Mentz has officially starting working on the foundation for the new store!

Site grading for phase 1 is completed. New store foundation scheduled for late next week.

Site grading and excavation are well underway. So far we have found an old building concrete floor three feet down in the dirt, an old abandoned cistern, and today an old abandoned septic tank…. Crazy what you find when you start digging.

Phase 1 Demolition is complete. Next steps are:
1.) Ameren will re-route and remove power lines
2.)Cochran will stake the property for grading
3.)Roscoe Mayer (same company that did demo work) will bring the site to grade.
4.Mentz Foundations will pour the foundation for the new store

Current timeline depends on Ameren moving the lines, but foundation is tentatively scheduled for Mid December.
