🍎 🍯 Honeycrisp Apple Cider Bourbon Cocktail

• 4 oz fresh Honeycrisp Apple Cider
• 2 oz Bourbon (or Whiskey)
• 1 oz Apple Liqueur (for an extra apple kick)
• 1 tbsp Honey (adjust for sweetness)
• 0.5 oz Lemon Juice (for a hint of tartness)
• Ice Cubes

1. Prepare the Glass: Rim the edge of a glass with honey, then dip it in cinnamon sugar for a festive touch (optional).
2. Mix the Ingredients: In a cocktail shaker, combine the apple cider, Bourbon, Honeycrisp apple liqueur (if using), honey, and lemon juice. Add ice cubes.
3. Shake Well: Shake for 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

Just Peachy Bourbon Fizz

Ingredients:
• 4 oz Peace Tea Just Peachy
• 1.5 oz bourbon or whiskey
• 1/2 oz peach schnapps
• 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
• Splash of club soda

Instructions:
1. In a shaker, combine bourbon, peach schnapps, and lemon juice. Add ice and shake until chilled.
2. Strain into a glass filled with ice.
3. Add Peace Tea Just Peachy and a splash of club soda for a bit of fizz. Stir gently to mix.
4. Garnish with fresh peach slices and a sprig of mint.

This cocktail has a delightful balance of bourbon warmth, peach sweetness, and refreshing fizz.

The Pumpkin Black and Tan! Celebrate National STEM Day with a tasty twist: this layered drink showcases density differences in action. Stouts, rich with malty goodness, are denser yet settle above the lighter pumpkin ale.

Ingredients:
• 6 oz pumpkin ale 🍺
• 6 oz stout (such as Guinness or favorite chocolate stout)

1. Pour the Pumpkin Ale: Fill a pint glass halfway (about 6 oz) with the pumpkin ale.
2. Layer the Stout: Hold a spoon upside-down over the glass, just above the pumpkin ale. Slowly pour the stout over the back of the spoon to create a layer on top.
3. Serve: Allow the layers to settle, then serve.
