-'Floodlight' Helles Lager (5.2% ABV) "Made for memories. Shared for progress. There are very few brewers as open, authentic, and willing to share on an emotional level as Zillicoah Beer Company. And those are the same reasons why their lager house on the river resonates with so many. I've had many brooding conversations with these wonderful people. And I adore their willingness to acknowledge what's real. About beer. About life. Never overthink it. And do what means something to you. This pale lager was manifested with those very ethos in mind. One of the first offerings we were able to brew after the storm, with tanked-in clean water. Made with Weyerman pilsner malt and hopped with Hersbrucker and a kiss of Spalter. Enjoy the simple pleasures of fresh-baked rustic loaves, toasted biscuit drizzled in wildflower honey, and a sprinkle of fresh herbs. Juicy tropical and citrus flavors shine, but this beer also has some nice herbal and earthy notes. We’re tasting flaky and buttery apricot tarts that are still warm, grilled pineapple slices with a scoop of ice cream and dehydrated mango strips dusted in sugar."

-'Princewood' Hazy Pale Ale (5.5% ABV) "As classic as American brewing gets - the American Pale is really about the careful balance of malt and hops. Brewed with a blend of crystal malt that gives a bready nose and front end that blends into a more citrusy mouth felt by a blend of Centennial, Chinook, Columbus & Simcoe hops. We’re getting a taste for perfectly toasted English muffin with orange marmalade or even biscuity cookies with a lemon glaze."

-'Wawayanda Kill' Sour IPA (7.5% ABV) "Our latest sour ipa offering is a riff on blueberry pie. We took our sour IPA base recipe of Pilsner, raw wheat, and malted oats, then mashed it with over 100 pounds of graham cracker meal. Hopped with Mosaic and Enigma, this beer was fermented with heaps of blueberry purée and conditioned in Madagascar vanilla beans and even more graham cracker. The low pH coupled with the refreshing tartness of blueberry gives this one a bright spritzy acidity to balance the decadence of the lactose, vanilla, and graham."

-'Leys' Vienna Lager (5.2% ABV) "Brewed with 100% premium German Vienna malt. Fermented clean and cool in stainless steel with our house Lager yeast. Toasted malt, balanced and clean."

-'North Wind' Wintry Spiced Ale (7.5% ABV) "Brewed with Maris otter, dark Munich, honey malt, and biscuit malt. Fermented clean with our house ale yeast and then conditioned on nutmeg, cinnamon, clove, and vanilla. We’re tasting caramelized apple pie, cinnamon buns by a cozy fire."

-'White Terra' Hazy DIPA (8.0% ABV) "Brewed with a blend of extra light Pilsner malt, low-color Maris otter, malted oats, and a healthy percentage of flaked white wheat. Hopped in the kettle with Citra and Nectaron—a brand new highly coveted hop from New Zealand—then dry hopped with more Nectaron and a wonderful crop of one of our favorite hops, Nelson Sauvignon."
