Please, people support your local small businesses during this "pandemic". Order for delivery and order for pick up. Losing sit down dining and alchohol sales is going to kill these businesses and lack of business is going to kill their employees. I know from experience small businesses depend on every customer and get no bail out when s**t hits the fan. Show your support for small businesses! Please share!

Well folks today is our last day serving the citizens of frostburg and the surrounding area. We want to thank our friends, customers, landlord at our new location, vendors, salesmen, delivery drivers, and our dedicated employees: Mary, Cheryl, Tim, Emily and Alison, Cheyenne, Trenton, and all the former employees for all they have done for us over the past 14 years. It has been our honor to serve all of you and we will miss each and every one of you. Due to circumstances out of our control and this is not the place to discuss that, we are forced to close our door for the last time today at 6pm. We want our hard work over the past few years to be a positive influence and memory in your lives not a complaint or argument over our closing. We have some future plans in the making but we need to take a break for now. And no we will not be reopening a market. I ask that you stop in today and say see you later, not goodbye, and tell us your favorite memories of the past. Although this is a very difficult decision and time for us we want to stay positive and remember all the fun, hard work, and influence we have had on our customers. Again I thank everyone for their support and new friendships we have built over the past 14 years. We consider all of you family.

Happy St. Patrick's Day! We're running a corned beef and cabbage special for $5 today.

As our summer of catering/concession starts to wind down, we're left with a ton of awesome memories from this season. We experienced our first Relay for Life and found out just how important and touching an event it is. We were moved in so many ways. The car show scene is alive and well and we were happy to be a small part of it. The wine festivals were great too! Home Ground put on another great event at Rocky Gap and helped get people out to explore Allegany County's outdoor offerings. Please check our their organization! We worked with Mike Wade to help our sheriff's office get a drug dog. This weekend we fed some of the most endearing folks around, the folks at Drift Trike Days. If you didn't make it out for the event, I shot a little video to show some of what it was about. We are looking forward to Making Strides as its just around the corner! (See what I did there...lol). I'm sorry I couldn't touch on everything we did this summer and please don't be upset if I didn't make mention of your event directly- this was a whirlwind with only two weekends off and a few back to back events!! We loved working with everyone and hope that everyone who had our food left with a smile on their face!! We're are totally looking forward to making next year even better!!! If you are putting together an event, call us- we are a party in a box with food and even DJ services available. Look for us in 2017!! Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts- Lil Corner Market.
