Cozy up with the perfect mulled wine cocktail for chilly evenings ❄️

Recipe
2 oranges
2 bottles Josh Cabernet Sauvignon
1 bottle Josh Sauvignon Blanc
1 piece of fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
3 cinnamon sticks
2 star anise
½ teaspoon ground cloves
⅓ cup brown sugar
¼ cup brandy (optional)

🍷 Yields 12 servings

Using a knife, remove the zest from the oranges in strips.
Juice the oranges into a large pot, then pour in the red and white wines.
Add the orange zest, ginger, cinnamon sticks, cloves, star anise, and brown sugar to the pot. Stir gently to dissolve the sugar.
Cover and heat over medium heat until the wine is warm but not boiling. Once heated through, reduce the heat to low and let it gently simmer for at least an hour. Taste occasionally and add more sugar if you’d like it sweeter.
Strain and serve hot, adding a splash of brandy if desired.

Ingredients:
• 3 oz Korbel Brut
• 1 oz Chambord
• Splash of soda water
• Blackberries & raspberries

Directions:
Fill large wine glass with ice. Add Chambord, Korbel, then soda water. Garnish with blackberries and raspberries.

Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.

Step 2
Add ice and shake until well-chilled.

Garnish with an orange twist.
