Cosmic Punch - Hazy IPA: New England style IPA, brewed with Citra and Mosaic hops. Smooth and juicy flavors and aromas.

Echo - Vanilla Porter: Chocolate, Black and Caramel malts engulf your taste buds with a silky-smooth mouthfeel and a bold natural Madagascar vanilla punch.

Golden Hour - Hefeweizen: This light, easy drinking early spring offering is the perfect complement to the changing of the seasons. Thirst quenching with satisfying notes of banana and clove.

Apple Pie & Ice Cream - Hard Cider: Vanilla & cinnamon apple pie flavored sweet hard cider.

Blueberry Cobbler - Hard Cider: Blueberry, Cinnamon, and Vanilla flavored sweet hard cider.

Our Rotation of Featured Beers for this week:

Perpetual – IPA: A bold Imperial Pale Ale rife with Sticky Citrus Rind, Pine Balm, and Tropical fruit. Each sip delivers a taste pineapple, grapefruit, candied peach, hint of flavors.

Haze Charmer - Hazy Pale Ale: A soft swirling cloud of oats and unmalted wheat. Vigorous dry hopping adds a second phase of haze, propping up the oils of El Dorado and Citra hops. Each sip delivers notes of juicy pineapple, fresh grapefruit and candied peach balanced by a hint of white pine and low bitterness. A soft, juicy, and hazy pale ale, Haze Charmer is here to cast its spell on you.

Perpetual Haze - Hazy IPA: The beer combines the clean, crisp bitterness of a West Coast IPA and the softness of a hazy. Pale malts lay down an underlying complexity. Raw wheat, London-3 yeast and vigorous dry-hopping stir up a haze that cradles the citrusy hop combination. Front and center are Citra and Cashmere, unlocking juicy notes of orange, passionfruit and nectarine.

Octoberfest - Lager: A timeless German style traditional brewing technique called decoction, creates a bright, dry maltiness. A kettle addition of Hallertau Tradition hops adds subtle floral and herbal undercurrents to this toasty sweet Fest Lager. Eins, zwei, g'suffa!

LolliHop - Double IPA: Dry-hopping with Citra and Mosaic layers in notes of orange, grapefruit, and melon, while Azacca in the kettle adds hints of papaya and pineapple. Locally harvested rustic pale malt provides the backbone, and wheat and oats make this beer silky smooth with a touch of haze.

Francis Coppola – Shiraz: A Californian soft, smooth, and richly texture purple hued wine with a medium body, intensely aromatic and just enough acidity. With some supple tannins creeping in mid palate, it’s heavy with earthiness from fruity flavors in the mouth with tastes of blueberry, blackberry, black olive, cherries, and raspberries interwoven with cloves, pepper.

Brancott Estate - Pinot Noir: A bright ruby with medium red hue wine filled with aromas of red berry fruits, vanilla, and worm oak. The palate is sweetly fruited with strawberry, ripe red cherry plum on a elegant, medium weight body. The tannins are supple and integrated with the red fruit and spicy oak flavors persist on the finish

Bonterra - Equinox Red: Merlot and Petite Sirah grapes crushed and slow fermented separately to allow their signature characteristics to emerge before blending. The wine aged for six months in a mix of new and neutral French oak barrels, merge into a terrific combination of red and black fruit flavors wrapped in richness, power, and plush, ripe tannins. Sweet, ripe plums, black currant and licorice fill the mouth and wash over the mid-palate with mouthwatering richness and a touch of grip. Hints of dried herbs and lightly toasted oak lend extra layers of intrigue and complexity in the nose and on the palate.

Bonterra – Chardonnay: Our organic fruit offers the characteristic flavors of green apples, pears, and citrus to the chardonnay. Fermented in a combination of previously used or neutral French and American oak creates a rich, creamy wine with just a touch of new oak spice. The wine is refreshing on the palate with an initial impression of rich, buttery cream quickly turns to aromas of honey and lightly toasted almonds, followed by tropical aromas of pineapple, citrusy lemon, and crème brulee.
