Francis Coppola – Shiraz: A Californian soft, smooth, and richly texture purple hued wine with a medium body, intensely aromatic and just enough acidity. With some supple tannins creeping in mid palate, it’s heavy with earthiness from fruity flavors in the mouth with tastes of blueberry, blackberry, black olive, cherries, and raspberries interwoven with cloves, pepper.
Brancott Estate - Pinot Noir: A bright ruby with medium red hue wine filled with aromas of red berry fruits, vanilla, and worm oak. The palate is sweetly fruited with strawberry, ripe red cherry plum on a elegant, medium weight body. The tannins are supple and integrated with the red fruit and spicy oak flavors persist on the finish
Bonterra - Equinox Red: Merlot and Petite Sirah grapes crushed and slow fermented separately to allow their signature characteristics to emerge before blending. The wine aged for six months in a mix of new and neutral French oak barrels, merge into a terrific combination of red and black fruit flavors wrapped in richness, power, and plush, ripe tannins. Sweet, ripe plums, black currant and licorice fill the mouth and wash over the mid-palate with mouthwatering richness and a touch of grip. Hints of dried herbs and lightly toasted oak lend extra layers of intrigue and complexity in the nose and on the palate.
Bonterra – Chardonnay: Our organic fruit offers the characteristic flavors of green apples, pears, and citrus to the chardonnay. Fermented in a combination of previously used or neutral French and American oak creates a rich, creamy wine with just a touch of new oak spice. The wine is refreshing on the palate with an initial impression of rich, buttery cream quickly turns to aromas of honey and lightly toasted almonds, followed by tropical aromas of pineapple, citrusy lemon, and crème brulee.
