Wright, Ky 41017, from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. Ky Lottery will be here with their Spin & Win Wheel with plenty of prizes. The Mike Merritt Memorial/UC Cancer Research PAPPY VAN WINKLE RAFFLE has begun. Mike, husband of Rose and Father to Chris and Andy, lost his brave battle with esophageal cancer in 2001 at the age of 43. In honor and out of love, our family has pledged to support the fight against cancer.

With a $10 donation, you could win the Grand prize consisting of a Pappy 10yr, 12yr, 15yr, 20yr and Family Reserve Rye. The winner receives all five bottles for 1 cent over our cost. Second place is a grouping of Pappy 10yr, 12yr, and 15yr, with all three bottles going to the winner for 1 cent over our cost. ALL PROCEEDS WILL BE DONATED TO UC CANCER RESEARCH.

A donation of $10 enters you in all drawings. There is no limit on the amount of tickets you can donate to receive. You MUST be 21 yrs old to enter, and winners must pick up their bottles at our location, bottles cannot be shipped

It is the time of the year to express our sincere thanks for your support of our Bourbon raffles for charity. This year, thanks to you, we sent donations to UC Cancer Research for $13,314.00 and Boys & Girls Club $8,010.00, totaling $21.324.00! In appreciation, we again will have our "12 Days of Christmas" bourbon raffle. No donation or purchase necessary. ONE ENTRY PER PERSON, PLEASE! Beginning December 8th, we will draw two names a day, for 12 days. Winners will have the opportunity to purchase one allocated bourbon from our display. Available bottles may change during the 12 days, as we have a limited supply of some of the bourbons. Entries are only available at our location, 3363 Madison Pike, Ft. Wright, Ky. Winners will be called on the day of the drawings and must be 21 years or older, and bottles must be purchased at our location.

THEY MIGHT HAVE A SIMILAR LOOK, BUT THEY ARE NOT THE SAME
After the conversations that I have had with both friends and cashiers selling the products I feel like it is important to educate people on this. These products may look similar to some people and even be the same size and price, BUT they are far from the same. The top product is a whiskey that is 33% alc by vol and can only be sold at an establishment with a package liquor license. The bottom product is not a whiskey and is 16.5% alc by vol and can be sold anywhere that sells beer.
Both of these products are great and I am not discouraging anyone from buying one over the other… BUT it does concern me that the individuals selling the products don’t know the difference. These are 2 totally different products and people need to realize this and be aware of what they are purchasing

We are sweetening the pot for the Weller Grouping/Boys & Girls club raffle. We are adding another Early Bird drawing for this Friday, Sept 15th. The winner of the Early Bird will have their choice to purchase a Pappy 12yr, Thomas Handy, or George T Stagg. The winner will be resubmitted for the grand prize drawing of the 7 Weller bottle grouping. $5 donation, per ticket, will get you into both raffles. Grand prize winner can purchase all 7 Weller bottles for 1 cent over our cost, about $290 for all seven. That money will also be donated to the Boys and Girls Club. You can enter at our location or donate through Venmo. Both drawings will take place on Friday, Sept 15th. The Weller Grouping will be drawn at the annual Boys & Girls Golf Outing. Thank you to everyone that supported our Mike Merritt Memorial/UC Cancer Research Fundraiser. Our event started a little wet, but the sun came out along with our supporters, family, and friends. We are proud to say, with your help, we raised $13,314.00 for UC Cancer Research. Thank you again for supporting all cancer survivors and for honoring our lost loved ones. Congratulations to all the raffle winners.
