New wines are in! Large bottles of imported wines... Lambrusco from Italy and Malbec from Argentina. Also a collection of small bottles...flirty Spumante, Rose, and even a couple of reds.

For those times opening a whole bottle does not make sense. The small ones are flying off our shelves!!

Trisha's Chicken Curry spice mix in the house!

To make chicken curry with this:

Cut up chicken, remove skin, wash and pat dry. Chop one yellow onion, 10 cloves of fresh garlic and marinade chicken overnight with onion, garlic, a cup of plain yogurt, and the whole container of spice mix (NOT the red chilli).

To cook: Heat about 1 tbsp of oil. Saute one chopped onion in the oil, till golden brown. Add in chicken, cover and cook on medium heat till done. Eat hot with plain rice. We have rice at the store and we will start carrying Basmati if you all like it!
