A true Champion is one who is great in all areas of competition. Meaning fast, consistent, aggressive, yet a gentleman. A champion represents the series, it’s sponsors as well as his own sponsors and team with dignity and respect. He is a mentor to others. The 2019 Champion is Bob Lemons , never missed a show work hard with the promotor's at each track to improved the show.

The ICAR Klotz Thunder Roadster family lost a good man Monday, Marty Griffin. He would help anyone and everyone with a great smile on his face. 1st or last, his response was " we get money for doing this too?" He loved the camaraderie, the racing, and the kids that came out to the track. Always promoting the fun he had driving a car. He will be missed. GOD SPEED Marty.

50 laps 1/2 mile 50 laps on the 3/8 for late models. Street stocks 25 laps, mini stocks 20laps ,and Fwd 20 laps. Pit gates open at 2pm hot laps at 3pm,qualify at 5pm racing at 7pm. Adults $15.00 9-15 is $8.00 kids under 8 free

With that being said we will have the season opening at Baer field motorsports park with pit gates opening at 2pm hotlaps as 3pm racing a 7pm
