Due to the impending Hurricane Milton, The Cigar Hut will be closed until further notice. Steve, Harry, Don, and Pat have been working diligently to get our inventory to safety inland, as a storm surge on Fort Myers Beach is expected. We will be back soon, God willing, and we will have ci**rs! Watch this space for updates. Please keep all of us here in SWFL in your prayers. As always, thank you all for your continued support.

Congratulations to the Padrón family for 60 years of hard work and dedication to providing the highest quality, premium hand rolled ci**rs in the business! The Cigar Hut wishes the Padrón family continued blessings and looks forward to many more years of valued partnership. Rudy will always be in our hearts here at The Cigar Hut.

On this day in 1964, José O. Padrón realized his dream and with $600, opened a small store on Flagler Street in Little Havana … “to make great ci**rs, like the ones we used to smoke in Cuba.”
  
Today we celebrate 60 years of Padrón Ci**rs and want to thank all those who have helped us get to where we are today. We are grateful to my father and family patriarch, Jose O. Padrón, for setting an example for us to follow, and his unwavering dedication to producing the world’s finest ci**rs. My mother Flory was his pillar of strength, always supporting his endeavors, and the risks he took. She understood the road to success required selflessness and determination. Both of them made many sacrifices in those early days, sacrifices that became the foundation of our business. We are grateful to our loyal and dedicated employees, in Nicaragua and Miami, without whom none of this would be possible. Producing the finest ci**rs requires attention to detail at every level. Their understanding of our mission is key to ensuring that we focus on quality above all else.

Thank you to the countless loyal customers who have stood by our brand and products for all of these years. My family and I accept the responsibility of maintaining the standards that you are accustomed to from our products, and understand that your support has to be earned and maintained over the course of time.

Padrón Ci**rs was founded as a family business and remains so to this day. Thank you to my family members Flory, Orlando, Elizabeth, Lisette, Gabriel, Elizabeth, Marcos, Jeffrey, Jessica, Kimberly, Jorge Luis, Alfonso and Andres, who continue to work in the business. We also thank our beloved Rudy who passed this year; he brought so much to our family and business and he is sorely missed. My father would be very proud to see what his family learned from him and how we honor him, his traditions and his legacy.

We look forward to a great many more years of producing the world’s finest ci**rs and sharing them with those who understand and appreciate the unwavering dedication it takes to manufacture them.

Congratulations and a very special thanks to Mike, one of our many friends of the Hut and a true Cigar aficionado, in his aquision of the Legends cigar collection- the callaboration with Fuente and Padron.
