Stop in this Friday, December 27th anytime between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. for a sampling of some Wagner Family/Caymus varietals:

Sea Sun Pinot Noir - Strikingly soft, with scents of baked cherries, vanilla & brown spice.

Sea Sun Chardonnay - A perfect balance of lush & crisp — featuring scents of lemon zest and flavors of peaches & apricots.

Walking Fool - This new red wine blend is produced from Suisun Valley, a remarkable AVA that has become the Wagner family’s second home. The Walking Fool is named after a long-ago relative who was often seen traveling by foot – thus earning this affectionate moniker. Featuring Zinfandel and Petite Sirah, this wine is smooth and lively, with juicy raspberry, notes of espresso and softly fine tannins.

Wishing everyone a Happy Thanksgiving

We will be open Thanksgiving day from 10:00 a.m - 3:00 p.m.

We have a wonderful selection for the perfect wine to go with your family dinner or that special after dinner cocktail.

Few recommendations:
-Raspberry Chocolate Martini:
Ingredients:
2 oz vodka
1 oz raspberry liqueur
1 oz chocolate liqueur
1/2 oz simple syrup
Fresh raspberries (for garnish)
Chocolate shavings (for garnish)
Ice cubes

Directions:
In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, raspberry liqueur, chocolate liqueur, and simple syrup.
Add ice cubes to the shaker and shake the mixture well to chill; Strain the cocktail into a martini glass.
Garnish with fresh raspberries and a sprinkle of chocolate shavings.

•Textbook Cabernet Sauvignon (Paso Robles) - Hand-selected lots spend 13 months aging in 100% French Oak, before being blended. Small amounts of Syrah & Petite Sirah, which
also thrive in Paso, were added for structure and depth.

•Textbook Sauvignon Blanc (Napa Valley) - “Crafted from three superb grower partners in St. Helena, Oak Knoll, and Yountville sub-AVAs. Delicious aromatics with honeysuckle, Asian pear, and wild thyme accents the crisp, mouthwatering laser beam of Meyer lemon and stone fruit. Finishes bright, balanced, and full of decadent texture, with a generous mouthfeel.”

•Markham Vineyards Merlot (Napa Valley) Our Estate Vineyards provide the backbone to this vibrant Napa Valley Merlot. Back in stock...... Crown Blackberry - now at Monk's Wine & Liquor Cave.... Hurry while supplies last !!

Looking for a new cocktail idea:

Try a Blackberry Bourbon Smash:

Ingredients:
=2 ounces of bourbon
=1/2 ounce lime juice, or 2 lime wedges, squeezed
=6-7 mint leaves, muddled
=2-3 blackberries, muddled
=3/4 ounce simple syrup, 1 tablespoon of sugar will do
=1 ounce club soda
=Cup of ice

Instructions:
In a shaker, combine mint leaves, lime wedges, simple sugar, and blackberries. Muddle until pulverized.
Add bourbon and a cup of ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
Pour the full contents of the shaker into a double old-fashioned glass (no straining). Top with 1 ounce of club soda. Stir and garnish with mint leaves.

It is a vibrant, acidic white wine primarily grown in Languedoc-Rouisson, the largest wine growing region in Southern France & is known for its crisp, bright citrus flavor.

Beyond seafood & fresh veggies, Picpoul de Pinet is ideal for pairing with lean proteins, creamy sauces, and fried foods. It is fantastic with Fried Goat Cheese Balls or Crispy Pan Seared Salmon with Lemon Parmesan Sauce!

Two drums was started by two cousins who wanted to create a drink that embodied the good times and island vibes they experienced growing up on the waters of Fort Lauderdale and the Bahamian Islands.
