HB65 is set for a public hearing on Thursday 4/4 to determine the fate of adult choice on the products we depend on daily as ADULTS! We need EVERYONE to make phone calls to the members of this committee to let them know we urge them to vote NO on this bill. If this bill passes this session ALL disposable products and almost all v**e products will be banned in the state forcing thousands back to dangerous ci******es. If enacted, this law would make funding available for the state of Alabama to be an enforcement arm of the Food and Drug Administration empowering state authorities to enforce the disastrous federal anti-va**ng regulations. This would put independent v**e shops out of business, hundreds of workers out of jobs, and thousands of people at risk of returning to smoking, or delaying attempts at quitting.

Stop HB 65, which would provide funding for the state to shut down v**e shops and enforce the FDA's anti-va**ng regulations
