In 1971, the Waldos met one afternoon at 4:20 in the front courtyard of their school near the statue of Louis Pasteur. They set out in a ’66 Impala armed with a “treasure map” on a journey to find a secret garden near Point Reyes. They met there at the same time every day and continued their quest. They never found the secret garden….But they keep lookin’. So we keep brewin’ this beer every year in time for 4/20. For all the treasure hunters everywhere.

🍸Black Out Martini🍸

Ingredients:
1 oz. vodka
0.5 oz. peach liqueur (peach schnapps)
0.5 oz. Blue Curacao
0.5 oz. Sour mix
2 oz. Sprite
2 oz. Cranberry juice

Directions:
Combine all ingredients into a shaker - sans cranberry juice - and pour into an iced glass.

In a separate glass, pour cranberry juice, and combine into above ingredients.

Watch the color change right before your eyes!

Instructions for eclipse moon ice cube:
1. Blend frozen blueberries with water
2. Add food colouring for desired colour
3. Pour into round ice cube mold and freeze

Instructions:
1. Pour orange juice into rocks glass
2. Add vodka
3. Drop in Eclipse Moon ice cube

JAGER SOLAR ECLIPSE

This Solar Eclipse is a daring, dark, and refreshing cocktail that showcases the herbal complexity of Jägermeister alongside the spicy effervescence of ginger beer, with a citrus twist for balance.

Ingredients:
- 2 oz Jägermeister
- 4 oz ginger beer
- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- 1/4 oz simple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
- 1 lime wheel, for garnish
- 1 sprig of mint, for garnish
- Ice cubes

Instructions:
1. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes to the top.
2. Pour the Jägermeister over the ice.
3. Add the fresh lime juice and simple syrup to the glass, if using.
4. Top up the glass with ginger beer, gently stirring to combine the ingredients without losing the fizz.
5. Garnish with a lime wheel and a sprig of mint.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy the layered flavors of this enticing concoction.
