James doesn't just get the job done—he goes the extra mile. When he cleans, it sparkles. When he stocks the shelves, everything is front-facing and inspection-ready. Beyond his work ethic, James brings a friendly and dependable attitude that lifts up his coworkers and creates a positive environment for our customers.

He goes beyond expectations and is always willing to lend a helping hand to me, the other employees, and our customers.
