I would like to clear up some misinformation coming from places that sell disposables and no other v***r products. These places must stop selling v**e products as they are not registered as a V**e/V***r Retail business. They are registered as either a grocery or C-Store. There are only three v**e products approved by the FDA and these are products owned by big to***co so no matter the rumors va**ng is not going away anytime soon....at least not in KY. As a v**e shop we were not able to purchase products like the Vuse or Snus bc they are/were considered a to***co product not a v***r product. Las V***r will function as it always has as we are appropriately registered and licensed. We will not be required to stop selling any of the products we currently offer. If any regulations come down the pipe that have negative consequences on the business Facebook will be my first stop. Las V***r will be in business this time next month and the month after. We were able to register a new distributor on 01/01/25 so hopefully this clears up the trouble we've been having in that area since Thanksgiving. As of now we decided to remove the radio commercials along with other advertising avenues so though you don't hear us on the radio we are still here and no plans on going anywhere.

Las V***r hours starting Thursday, Dec. 26, 2024. Monday Through Friday 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM & Saturday 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM. Sunday's I won't have official shop hours but I'm usually here after 3:00-4:00 till 8:00 or 9:00.

Starting next week (week of Christmas) Las V***r will move back to its original opening and closing times of 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM Monday through Saturday. I'm uncertain regarding Sunday's as of now so I still may be closed all day Sunday or open a half day.....but I'll inform everyone once a decision has been made.

A couple people that's came in to get the 12 unit disposable option asked about using their money to buy product at a steeper discount. As long as you come in and prepay fully for your order then I have no issue doing this for you......the only rule is it has to be paid in full before the order is placed. As log as I don't have to use the shop resources to purchase your product we will work out the price. Just come on in and we will see what it will look like if you wanted to pre-order.

I want to give this a try and see how it goes. Starting today you can buy your juice and disposables in multiples of 6 or 12 by paying for them upfront with a discount. This helps people that recently got cut off from being able to get their juice or disposables cheaper online by buying in bulk. The savings are solid. For example if you were to purchase the 12 bottle over 6 months option you pay $180 upfront or $15 per bottle (buying 12 bottles of juice outright is normally $254.28). Same price for salts. If you purchase the 6-bottle over 6 months option then you pay $90 for the juice and salts for $15 each, or $96 for six disposables which is $16 per disposable. The goal is if you go through two bottles of juice a month then you probably want the 12 bottles option. But if you can make a disposable last for a month you probably want the 6 disposables option over six months. I’m not going to put any restrictions on staying true to the 1 or 2 bottles/disposables per month when you purchase one or the other. However I do ask that if you buy the 12 bottle/disposable option that you not take all 12 in one visit unless prearrangements have already been made. Obviously right now juice and salts we don’t have our normal stock but bear with me I’ll get it there. This should be pretty straight forward…if you are buying one of the bulk options you purchase at a discount. You can do cash or card no restrictions. When our juice and mod order gets here we will have the new Raz and Pod juice collaboration flavors…basically all of Raz’s disposable flavors will also be in traditional juice and salts. If anyone needs clarification or has questions just let me know.

I just confirmed with my distro that V a P I n G in Kentucky will remain the same come January, 2025 as it is now. You will still be able to purchase disposables and N I c o T I n E products next month. If the place you are currently buying your product is still telling you otherwise please don't listen to anything they are saying because though they may not be able to sell the same product as now come next month, Las V***r will still be here because 100% of our product offering is appropriately registered. Sorry for the long wait but hopefully after the warehouse move from New York To New Jersey my distro hiccup will have Las V***r back on track with all the products you are use to seeing in the shop. I will update everyone if/once I get more information regarding January. We did pick up the new juices by the Raz and Pod Juice collaboration. I think we ordered 32 flavors in both Salt and regular N I c. So basically all the flavors Raz offers in a disposable you will be able to get in traditional juices and salt. Stay tuned for more info.

Hey guys and gals please DO NOT use charging cords purchased at your local retail store(s) to charge your disposables because this could happen to you. If your disposable does not come with a charging cord stop by Las V***r and I'll give you one so you don't have to worry about this happening. There are different charging points for v**e related C-Cords VS C-Cords purchased at retailers......the main difference is V**e C-Cords push around 30V and your local retailer C-Cords push around 300V because a phone battery charges differently than a small V**e battery. Luckily someone was able to hear this pop and caught it before any damage was done.....other than the v**e of course.

Hello everyone. I would like to discuss some concerns or rumors I've been hearing in my shop as of late. First, flavors for the state of Kentucky will not be affected come January 2025. We fought this battle in 2022 and we won. Second, evidentially there are other retailers having fire sales on their products.......well if they are having a fire sale I would make sure all bottles still have the child proof safety feature (make sure the bottle isn't opened before you buy) in tact along with other products that contain liquid. Only products NOT registered with the FDA will cease to be sold come January. All products at Las V***r are registered with the appropriate agencies. In summary only products NOT registered with the FDA are required to cease sales come January, and Kentucky v**e shops won't be affected by the proposed flavor Ban next month. If you have any further questions stop in and see me. I have posted several times to Facebook concerning the business but so far every post has been rejected.....I promise I'm trying to update everyone on the status of the v**e industry and Las V***r..

Hello everyone. These hours of operation are only temporary. The temporary hours are: 11:00-7:00 seven days a week starting Friday, 10/04, through Tuesday (10/8) or Wednesday (10/9). We have a large order submitted we are just waiting on shipping confirmation….we hopefully should be getting back in the groove early next week. We will keep everyone posted. Thank you.
