Lisa and I spent our honeymoon in Charly-sur-Marne village in the Champagne region in France. While there we had the pleasure of drinking Monthuys and other sparkling wines. Since then I have been trying to get any of their products in the United States and I have finally succeeded! It took me 7 years and many long distance phone calls with ownership in France to find an importer. You will not find a better bang for your buck with any other Champagne… $29.99… 90 points at Wine Spectator!!!

Two new whiskey’s have been added to the shelf at a GREAT price! I had a few drams of the Jim Beam Double Oak last night… LOVED IT! It is $15.99, 86 proof, aged 4 years, and worth every penny of the price.
Haven’t tried 2 Ginger’s yet… more to come on review.
