Starting the new year with our take on a Bloody Mary – the Bloody Caesar. What would you put in yours?

Bloody Caesar:
1.5 oz. Crown Royal Deluxe
4 oz. Tomato-Clam Juice Blend25 oz Lime Juice
2 dashes Hot Sauce
Splash of Pickle Juice

Garnish with Tomatoes, Pickles, Olives, Celery, and a Celery-Salt rim.

Here we go… bring on the festive gatherings, cozy nights, and generous portions! Whatever you’ve got in the oven, our warm and comforting Spiced Pear Liqueur is a sure-fire compliment. Laden with cinnamon and clove, it transforms an Old Fashioned, adds something special to a French 75, and as shown here, plays nice in a seasonal sangria. SPICED PEAR SANGRIA
1/2 bottle (375 ml) red wine
3 oz St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur
1 oz Cointreau
3/4 oz simple syrup (1:1)
2–3 oz pear or apple juice
1/2 lemon, juiced

To serve two generously, combine all ingredients into a pitcher and stir to mix. Add ice if you like, or simply pour over ice to serve. Garnish each glass with dehydrated lemon wheels and/or cinnamon sticks.

To serve 4–6 people, find a bigger pitcher and double all the ingredients. To serve an even bigger crowd, dig out your punch bowl and multiply the ingredients accordingly.
