STRENGTH, AROMATIC RICHNESS, FRESHNESS, SILKINESS

The wine is characterized by a brilliant golden yellow color and a fine, persistent effervescence.

Yellow Label Brut cuvée reveals an aromatic profile dominated by notes of white and yellow fruits like pear, apple, and peach. Hints of citrus fruits like mandarin and grapefruit blend harmoniously with gourmand aromas of brioche.

Yellow Label Brut is structured by Pinot Noir, the true backbone of the wine. It offers flavors of pear, peach, and pastry enhanced by a touch of dried fruit from aging on lees, which gives it a true aromatic richness.

The grapes from the province of Treviso, an area that has always produced high quality Prosecco, give this sparkling wine a luminous straw yellow hue and for its emphatic yet stylish mousse. Nose ~ Peach Pie, light oakiness, citrusy (lemon/orange), slight rye spiciness, caramelized apples, spiced cherries. A definite spiced baked fruit bomb with a Werther’s Original creaminess, balanced with the beautiful fragrance of a warm rickhouse

Palate ~ Baking Spices, brand new leather, fresh peaches newly seasoned to be baked but not yet baked, a good Sunkist orange meddling about as well, spiced cherry with almond extract, a sweet wheat

Finish ~ Warm pie crust and spiced vanilla ice cream, with the spiced baked fruits making a comeback in a very good way

Overall ~ Drinks closer to a 101 Proof (50.5% ABV), a comforting warmth with very little to no burn, and as stated on the nose, a killer spiced baked fruit bomb!

**NOTE** ~ Added two drops of water to the last couple sips, and it opened up a killer turbinado sugar bomb!
